Ratings: Maintenance request and property management: 1/5 stars Concierge team/barista: 5/5 stars Amenities: 4/5 stars Overall due to the long time waiting for resolutions the property itself deserves 1/5 stars. Reasoning: It has now been over a month since I moved into the unit and the experience so far has been somewhat of a let down. I want to give praise where it is deserved and voice my criticisms. I will start with the criticism: I have been experiencing a lot of issues with the appliances of the unit. They’re a bit older so it is expected that some issues would be encountered, however dissapointment comes from the lack of ownership and the way maintenance requests have been handled. I’ll go over each request that has been submitted. 1. The washer door became stuck and unable to open. This request was submitted on 12/13/2025 with the importance that wet bedding was in the washer, and we wanted to avoid any mold being collected… the door was replaced on 12/17/2025. This took a lot of back and forth with the property management and was somewhat exhausting. The washer was "cleaned" but I'm unsure if all the mold was really removed. Resolution was a gift card to replace the damaged bedding. 2. Dishwasher top rack is broken. The original request was submitted on 11/27/2025. After being told that the part was never ordered and "they dropped the ball" from the third party the property hires I am still waiting for this to get resolved. (UPDATE: they have ordered a new machine) 3. Leaking kitchen Faucet and pipes. The original request was submitted 12/11/2025. We are still waiting for this to be resolved. These are appliances that are used if not daily weekly and being unable to use them has really strained my first month in a new building. I’ve attempted to resolve this without having to write a negative review. I’ve talked to concierge who are always helpful and Ben from Leasing who is also always helpful. I've also spoken to the property manager who stated this would get resolved. Their excuse as to why nothing was getting done was that a maintenance team manager was out. It has now been 3 weeks since I spoke with the property manager and no resolution has been provided. This deserves a 1/5 starts. Following I want to praise the concierge team: They are really the highlight of the building. I can't put it into words how helpful, cordial, and amable they have been. They go above and beyond for everyone and it really shows that they care for the community. They deserve 5/5 stars Lastly amenties: These are nice and do feel a bit upscale. Gym is great and rarely crowded. The coffee shop is also such a nice addition. The sauna is well kept and works well. Too cold to get into the pool but it looks nice. You can feel the age on some of these but overall 4/5 stars.
Olivia Wilson was the leasing consultant who took us on our tour, and she did an amazing job from start to finish. She was extremely informative, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Her knowledge of the community and attention to detail truly stood out, and she honestly sold both of us on the spot. Olivia’s professionalism, positive energy, and genuine care made a huge difference in our decision, and we couldn’t have asked for a better touring experience. Highly recommend working with her!
My boyfriend and I have absolutely loved our experience at the Vue so far. The amenities are amazing, rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, complimentary barista every morning, tennis court, basketball court, weekly resident events, sky lounge bar, the best views in town, and so much more. But the staff is seriously the best part about staying here. The concierge staff is so helpful and kind! Oscar, Chycina, Trinity, Miguel, Isaiah, John, Mia, every single one of them. The maintenance staff, cleaning staff, leasing staff, Alex the barista, everyone is so pleasant. I cannot recommend this place enough. Only 2 complaints: 1. it’s not in the safest area due to the proximity to the park and some homeless people nearby but that’s just uptown living. The Harris Teeter across the street is so convenient. 2. No dog spa and the dog park could be better! But all the positives outweigh everything else. Thank you for giving us a dream living experience in Charlotte!
We had an incredible experience touring The Vue today thanks to Olivia. From start to finish, she was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She made the entire process enjoyable and answered every question with patience and enthusiasm. Olivia’s energy and attention to detail truly set her apart she made us feel at home before we even walked through the door. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering The Vue!
I toured the Vue as I’m looking to move uptown. The views from the apartments are incredible and can’t get any better. The amenities are impeccable and the gym is very nice and well equipped. Shout out to Olivia as she did an amazing job showing me around. She answered all my questions and her overall vibe was welcoming and helpful. Definitely check them out!
Living at *The VUE* has truly been a 5-star experience! The building is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the views of the city are absolutely stunning—but what really sets it apart is the amazing staff! A huge shout-out to James the handyman, he’s incredibly reliable, kind, and always goes the extra mile to help. Alex the barista makes mornings even better with her warm energy and delicious free coffee—such a great perk! And I can’t say enough good things about the front desk team. They are hands-down the best! So friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, I already consider them my friends. They truly make the building feel like home. The VUE also does a great job creating a real sense of community. They host fun weekly events, fitness classes, and gatherings that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. It’s the perfect blend of high-end living and warm, welcoming vibes. If you're looking for luxury, community, and outstanding service, The VUE is the place to be!

Touring with Owen Dunn was a standout experience from start to finish. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the property, and it shows. He answered every question with ease and made sure I understood all the features and perks the building offers.
