Novel Wesley Heights

Underrated neighborhood, well-managed building. The area still has some rough edges but the transit access and proximity to South End make it work. The Crescent team here is great — they respond within hours and follow up.

The best decision I made was moving to Wesley Heights instead of South End. Novel is run by Crescent Communities who actually care about the product. I'm paying $1,520/month for a 1BR that would be $2,000+ in South End. The light rail stop is a 7-minute walk. Management is the most responsive I've experienced in Charlotte.
