Lincoln Property is solid — not as flashy as the Camden/Greystar brand but genuinely well-managed. My maintenance requests are handled promptly, the leasing team communicates clearly, and the renewal increase (7%) was lower than what I've seen from comparables.

Lincoln manages this property adequately. The building is clean, maintenance is responsive enough, and the fees are straightforward. Solidly in the middle of Charlotte's corporate management landscape.
