RPM Living is the mid-tier of Charlotte property management. Not as polished as Camden or Greystar, not as bad as some of the local operators. Maintenance is acceptable, communication is adequate. Fees are reasonable.

Pleasantly surprised by RPM Living. The property manager here is responsive, proactive about communicating maintenance windows, and the building is well-maintained. The amenity fees are lower than comparable Camden/Greystar properties.
