Camden University Place

Camden University Place is the best-managed complex in University City. The Camden infrastructure means maintenance works, the portal is functional, and the team is professional. University City isn't glamorous but if you're at UNCC or work in the corridor, the location is unbeatable and the price is right. Parking is free and plentiful — something I took for granted until I moved to South End.

Good complex for the area and price. Camden runs it well — nothing exceptional but nothing bad. University City is what it is: suburban, car-dependent, affordable relative to South End. If you need the neighborhood, Camden here is a reliable choice. If you have flexibility on location, consider whether University City is actually where you want to be.
