Camden runs Ballantyne well. The complex is immaculate, maintenance is responsive, and the Ballantyne Corporate area means my commute to my office is 8 minutes. If you work in the Ballantyne corridor this is a great option. Yes it's car-dependent for everything else, but that's Ballantyne.

Camden's corporate renewal machine is real. My renewal came in 11% higher with a 25-day response window. The leasing office told me they'd "submit a market adjustment request" but that this rarely changes the number. It didn't change. I signed because moving costs more than the increase but I was not happy about the process.
