Cortland Steele Creek

Cortland is competent without being special. The building is maintained, the portal works, the team is professional. Renewal came in at 11% which is on the higher end. I'm still deciding whether to stay.

Much better than I expected from Cortland based on reviews I read before moving in. The property manager here is attentive, maintenance is same-day for urgent issues, and the building is clean.
