Very nice place building. But the gates have been broken for some time now. How can you pay so much money to live in a safe and nice place. Walk down one morning and your car is vandalism and window is broken into. The gate allow anyone to come into the parking lot and on top of that they don’t have any cameras that work and pick up. Call the leasing office and they respond is that you might have to just pay a deductible for it. At this point the apartment complex should be made to replace the window. The parking garage gate is still not fixed so anyone is allowed to just come in and go as pleased. The amount that is taken out of my bank account to pay for safety and parking is insane if people from the streets already allowed to come in the car garage as they please.
Run from this place, especially if you are a woman living on your own. I lived here for a year and a half from 2022 - 2023 and I will never live an high rise apartment again because of it. There was no security in the building and homeless people frequently came into the lobby and slept in the parking garage. The elevators were frequently down with wait times of over 10 minutes. It took maintenance multiple days to fix small issues and several violent crimes happened in the building without tenants being notified. They tried raising my rent by over 20% to renew my lease. I asked if this was negotiable and they said it wasn’t. A friend living in the building was given the opportunity to negotiate her rent, but was told she would need to sign an NDA to never disparage this place publicly or admit they had negotiated with her. This is obviously a fair housing issue. I thought about getting an attorney but I never wanted to deal with them again. After moving out, they charged a $3000 to replace the entire floor because of minor scratches in the corner of the room. Because they use vinyl instead of hardwood, any damage requires them to rip out the entire floor which is ridiculous for a “luxury apartment.” Living here was the worst decision I ever made and it would not shock me if the positive reviews were posted by tenants looking to get reduced rent. RUN!!!!
I have been living here for around six months now and so far have really liked it. Issues with neighbors are addressed and solved promptly by the leasing office and the maintenance team works diligent and hard whenever I submit a work order. I submitted one for a light bulb that was out at 10am and Nelson was here an hour later to fix it. Overall have been really satisfied living here!
I enjoy renting from Museum Tower. It’s a great location, everything is clean, and the amenities are great. I only use the gym here and feel no need to have a membership outside. The concierge is a huge plus to the experience. Lance has been very helpful in making sure my large items make it to my apartment if I need help, even going as far as helping me with my couch. It’s a great place to live.
I’ve been living here for a while now and I absolutely love it. I have no complaints. My experience here has been nothing but great. The leasing agents Asia and Jacob were so professional and friendly while showing me the property a while back, and the concierge are always polite and very helpful. Lance noticed I had some large heavy packages get delivered and offered to bring them up for me without me even asking. I’m always appreciative of their help. Between the beautiful property, great amenities, amazing views, and the best staff I’ve experienced at a property since I’ve lived in Charlotte, I can honestly say I couldn’t have picked a better place. This property did not push me to leave a review when I toured the building some months back like other properties do. This is a honest great review from a great experience at Museum Tower.
I’ve been living here for almost a year now, and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better spot in Uptown. The location is amazing, being able to walk to restaurants, catch events at the stadiums, and enjoy the beautiful views is a huge plus. The management, concierge, and maintenance teams are always super helpful and quick to take care of anything that comes up. Big shoutout to Koby from management and Nelson from the maintenance team, they’re always professional, friendly, and get things done fast!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Museum Tower—the views are incredible, the staff is friendly, and Katie and the leasing desk is always a welcoming presence. The concierge team is always helpful and friendly The building provides a great city living experience. However, the parking company you partner with is aggressively predatory. Despite following all required procedures, including registering a temp vehicle and documenting the process, my car was booted without cause. Even the leasing office agent confirmed It looked had done everything correctly but stated that management has no control over the enforcement company’s actions. A residential community should not be subject to a third-party vendor that operates without oversight, targeting residents unfairly. Unfortunately, this creates an environment where tenants are left without recourse for unjust penalties. While I would otherwise recommend Museum Tower, I cannot support a property that allows this kind of predatory behavior to continue.
One of the most amazing views of Charlotte. Very great team who works at the Museum Tower, especially Katie, she has always been great at being attentive to residents. Lived here for 2 years, great community, as well as quick 24/7 concierge service. A more newer and luxury feel then most uptown living. I checked all the buildings out and found this one to have the best views and most luxurious feel. The issues that people have posted before are usually quickly resolved (elevator, trash, parking, etc.) The hallways are always clean too and doesn’t have a trash scent as common with other buildings.. great condo living!
