The Ellis

Renatto and Jesus came to help me with an emergency maintenance issue and were phenomenal! They were diligent and very friendly. They talked me through the issue effectively and how they were going to resolve it. I would give them 10 stars if possible! I am not anticipating any maintenance issues, however I feel confident in reaching out to them if I need anything.

I came for a weekend to pick out an apartment due to a job change and had a stacked list of places to decide from. After visiting the Ellis and meeting with Avery, there was no question on which apartment to choose. Now a month after move in, I have had no issues with the apartment or staff. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The apartments are very well maintained and turned over beautifully. It has been an amazing experience and depending on your budget, I highly recommend the Ellis if you are looking for a place in Uptown.

I've lived at the Ellis for 10 months now and everything has been great! Leasing team & concierge is very helpful and always wonderful to deal with. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and Jesus did a great job visiting less than an hour after my ticket was put in! Would definitely recommend, only downside is this part of town is in between night clubs & food banks so just be careful when walking around here at night.

Having been a resident for a little over a year, I can confidently say that this has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had. I’ve lived in numerous apartments across several states, and The Ellis truly stands out as exceptional. If it were possible, I would gladly award it ten stars. The location is ideal, and the front office staff and maintenance team (particularly Jesus) consistently provide outstanding service. If you are considering leasing here, do not hesitate, you will have zero regrets!

The Ellis is a wonderful place to live! Always clean, the staff are incredible, always helpful and fun to chat with. The maintenance team is also amazing. Since moving in, we’ve only had two maintenance issues that have been resolved immediately and professionally. A huge thank you to Renatto this morning for fixing my smoke detectors so quickly and quietly! We love living here ❤️

I recently moved in and have had a really great experience so far. Avery in the leasing office was wonderful from my very first tour through move-in. She’s friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to help. She made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. The other ladies in the leasing office have responded to my messages when Avery was out of the office, and everyone has been very pleasant and willing to help. German from maintenance came by today to take care of a few work orders, and he was just as impressive. He responded quickly and got everything done fast and efficiently, and was very professional. The concierge team has also been extremely helpful and kind while I get settled and learn the building. Package retrieval and notification through the Loft Living app has been great. On top of all of that, I absolutely love my apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows, the spacious floor plans, and the view are a dream. It already feels like home, and I’m really happy to be here.

The Ellis has been an amazing experience so far! Great people especially Carley the Assistant Manager who has never stopped being helpful, cheerful and energetic, whether it’s greeting you or assisting with an issue! The amenities are great, gym, and library! The boardroom has been fantastic to host meetings while working from home occasionally and the rooftop pool is outstanding. Thank you for a great experience for my daughter and I and Carley thanks for being the most professional, helpful person, we are both so grateful!

I moved into my apartment in September 2024, and I couldn't be happier with both the building and the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and eager to help. I want to give a special shout-out to Coryn Torres for her exceptional assistance in helping me find a place to live. She made the process easier and was truly a pleasure to work with, especially since I was transitioning out of active military service. She was a blessing to have. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of housing in this building. While the building itself is fantastic, the surrounding area could use some improvement and enhancements. That said, I've never felt unsafe during my time here. The management hosts events for residents, which are enjoyable and greatly appreciated.
