Ascent Uptown

I recently moved into The Ascent, and I have to say that Anna Buck was the primary reason I chose this building. From day one, her customer service was unmatched. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire leasing process. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and genuinely invested in making sure you have a great experience. If you are looking to move here, definitely ask for Anna!

Anna Buck is an amazing leasing consultant. She gave me a professional tour and responded very quickly to any questions and concerns I had. After the tour I felt very confident I chose the right apartment unit. I told her what I was looking for and she made it happen and followed up with me accordingly. Really enjoyed my experience at Ascent Uptown. The building is clean, modern, and in a great Uptown location. The roof deck is one of the best outdoor spaces in Charlotte. Huge shout-out to Anna Buck — she was super helpful, professional, and easy to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend Ascent Uptown if you’re looking to live in the area.

Ascent Uptown has been my first apartment after leaving my hometown for work. The process of applying and all the essential first steps leading to getting the keys was conducted very smooth and timely. I primarily worked with Anna Buck during the application process, her and the rest of the team as well were all very professional and accommodating to any inquiries I had along the way. The apartment is also in a great location allowing for me to walk the uptown area right after leaving the front door. I’ve yet to have any complaints and have enjoyed my time here so far! Also the concierge is always available and helpful, shoutout to Chris especially.

My time at Ascent has been nothing short of perfect. Kevin and the team have made the entire experience 10/10. I’ve been in contact primarily with Kevin for all my request and he has helped out immensely. The effort from him and the team don’t stop once you sign the lease like other buildings. Concierge here is actually a concierge. There are no missing packages and knowing someone is always there to help you out is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone wanting to experience living in uptown. There is always something going on in the area and you are also a nice walk from south end. The amenities are well taken care of and the social rooms are a huge plus. The weekly events are well done and tenants actually show up.

I have been a resident of The Ascent in Uptown for almost two years and have had a wonderful overall experience. As someone who relocated from NYC, I'm used to living in high-rises and The Ascent measures up well! The location can't be beat. The amenities are modern and well maintained. The facilities are always clean and styled with elegant decor. If anything breaks, it is fixed right away. The management office is well run. I want to especially call out Kevin, the Assistant Manager, who has been super helpful to me throughout my stay and is always available to answer my questions and resolve issue. Overall, I highly recommend The Ascent for anyone wishing to have elevated living in Uptown Charlotte!

I enjoyed my time living here. The property is well maintained, and management does a good job organizing community events. Overall, it was a comfortable place to live, and I would have stayed longer if not for work.

Ascent Uptown is top notch! Everything in the building is super clean and very modern. The front counter concierge is wonderful. If you need anything done for your apartment or an appointment for anything, ask for Marissa. She has been absolutely AMAZING throughout the years. She will go out of her way to help and she treats you like family. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. If you are looking for a fun, family friendly place to live, look no further!!
