Camden Elizabeth

Camden is consistently one of the better-managed corporate apartment brands in Charlotte. Maintenance is fast, the portal works, and the communities are clean. My main gripe is the renewal — 8-10% is their pattern.

Solid Camden experience. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible. The building is clean and managed professionally. For the price you're paying Camden-level fees plus the neighborhood premium.

Camden kept $1,100 of my deposit for "repairs and cleaning." I have a move-out inspection checklist signed by the leasing agent saying the unit was in good condition. They sent the itemization on day 29. Dispute is ongoing.
