I lived at this property and enjoyed my apartment, the location, the office and maintenance staff. Logan was especially nice and helpful with any maintenance problem. If I need an apartment in the future I will very likely move back.

Most reviews here are incentivized so I’d be weary of that when reading. I unfortunately would not recommend this complex to anyone unless you were getting a good deal. We lived here for a year without amenities that were under construction even though we weren’t warned that when we signed. The complex was often dirty and smelled. At one point after months of our unit getting super hot and damp after laundry we put in a maintenance request. They didn’t even have our washer/dryer being ventilated properly…it was being cycled back into our unit which is a major fire hazard. The only positive thing I have to say about the complex is maintenance is very responsive and nice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Logan! He’s incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to maintenance work. Whether it’s a quick fix or a bigger job, he always shows up on time, gets the job done right, and makes sure everything is spotless before he leaves. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. If you need someone dependable who actually knows what they’re doing, Logan’s your guy. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living at MAA 1225 for 5 months and loving it so far! As someone who has lived in 3 different apartment buildings across Charlotte, this has been my favorite. The office staff is helpful and quick to respond to any emails, and Cliff with maintenance has done a great job helping with any issues I’ve run into.

Lived here for 4 years post college and it was a perfect spot! Maintenance always responded to requests in a timely manner and went above and beyond. The leasing office was always super nice, helpful and held tons of events to make it more of a community feel.

Cliff was incredibly helpful for the many work orders I placed for my apartment. He was prompt, answered all of my questions, and even offered advice on how to prevent certain issues from happening again. Truly the best!

Where to start...first off, the staff. They are as passionate about finding you you're new home as much as you wish to have a new home. The amenities outweigh the competitors tenfold. The location right in the heart of South End is perfect for all ages (along with Uptown right across the bridge). The views are spectacular and the community is oh so friendly. From start to finish (around March to August) the entire MAA 1225 team was there with me every step of the way. They answered all my questions, made sure I was at peace with finding a new home, and in the end allowed my kitty and I to have a successful move in. They even did an AMAZING job at a grand reopening for the community once the renovations were complete (which was more like a party with free food, drinks and a DJ). You couldn't ask for a better team to have your back and a better location to call your home. Thank you MAA 1225 team!
