Village at NoDa

Standard Charlotte apartment experience. The building is maintained adequately, management is professional if impersonal, and the fees are in line with the market. The location works for my needs.

Good apartment for Charlotte. Maintenance is responsive, the building is clean, and I haven't had major issues in 14 months. Parking is included which saves real money compared to comparable properties.

Had issues with this property that management was slow to resolve. Renewal came in significantly higher than I expected and negotiating was difficult. Looking elsewhere at the end of this term.
